Samuel (Sam) Fluke is the founder and driving force behind Fluke Property Services. With over five years of hands-on experience in the concrete and property service industries, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong work ethic rooted in real-world expertise. Before starting his own company, Sam honed his craft working on major state infrastructure projects, including bridges and roadways for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), such as Route 322 and Interstate 76, as well as numerous structural upgrades across central and northern Pennsylvania.
